Localeze is looking for highly-experienced business professionals to join our sales group as an account manager. In this role, you will work with existing accounts, respond to in-bound leads and actively find new business in the Internet Yellow Page, Search Engine, and Online Directory markets. It will be your responsibility to manage day-to-day client activities, identify and evaluate new opportunities within assigned accounts, and actively plan contract renewals. This role requires experience in the interactive local & national advertising and business data marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new client opportunities in assigned accounts.
- Qualify opportunities.
- Present Localeze core strengths and product sets.
- Utilize and leverage all available resources (product management, marketing, executive leadership) to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Communicate industry trends and marketplace needs to product management.
- Represent Localeze at targeted industry events and associations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years sales experience, new business development (Internet, online advertising, media sales, or e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Strategic account management experience and expertise.
- Sales experience
- Familiarity with business databases.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and closing deals.
- Strong presentation skills.
Education Required
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
