Jeff Beard
President & General Manager

Jeff is responsible for leading the organization's long-term strategic vision while driving growth and new-product and new-business development. Prior to Localeze, Jeff served as Vice President of Corporate Development at TARGUSinfo, where he led the acquisition of Amacai, a wholly owned subsidiary of TARGUSinfo. As a key member of the executive management team, Jeff helped launch Amacai in 2001 and was primarily responsible for the operation and management of all business units. Since then, he has been instrumental in the company's success and recognition as a leading information-solutions supplier.

In 2005, Jeff led an initiative focused on building information products targeted at the local-search industry. From this initiative, Localeze was created in late 2005. Localeze has quickly become the leading supplier of merchant content used by the nation's leading search engines, search portals and Internet Yellow Pages to serve up relevant results for local-search queries. Prior to joining TARGUSinfo, Jeff spent 13 years at Acxiom Corporation, where he held a variety of sales, sales leadership and product positions.


Chuck Fearer
Chief Product Strategist

Chuck's efforts at Localeze are centered on the science of mining and organizing deep and relevant local-merchant content based on the goods and services offered locally by merchants. This valued content enables targeted-search navigation for informative local-search results.

Prior to joining Localeze, Chuck was the CEO and co-founder of Jotter.com, one of the Internet's first popular personal-profile managers, and Voyager.net, an ISP that focused on the value of local content coupled with local connectivity. Jotter was acquired by SafLink in 2000 and Voyager was acquired by Corecomm in 1997. Prior to Voyager, Chuck served as Chief Operations Officer of WynWyn.com, one of the early pioneers in the local-search industry focusing on rich local-merchant content. Chuck also served as Vice President of Membership Marketing at Prodigy Services, where he managed efforts that produced the first million subscribing households to the Internet.


Ty Williams
Chief Information Officer

Ty Williams, a TARGUSinfo Vice President of Business Development, has been serving as Chief Information Officer and Operations leader for Localeze since 2006. In his current capacity, Ty is responsible for executing the product strategy as it relates to infrastructure, database management and application development.

Ty brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology and database industries. His areas of expertise are geographic information systems (GIS), spatial database design, analytical services, geo-demographic segmentation, Internet commerce and real-time applications. Prior to joining TARGUSinfo, Ty was President of Cypress Geo-Resources, Inc. and Vice President, Systems at Equifax-National Decision Systems.


Brian Wool
Vice President of Content Distribution

Brian oversees all aspects of Localeze sales efforts in the Search Engine, Internet Yellow Pages and Mobile Search markets. Brian has been instrumental in the early success of Localeze by establishing relationships with the leading search companies such as MSN, Yahoo, SuperPages.com and YellowPages.com. Under Brian's sales leadership, Localeze has established tremendous performance and growth.

An expert in local Internet-search marketing, Brian writes a bi-weekly column for ClickZ Marketing covering various local-search issues. Prior to joining Localeze, Brian held various sales and marketing positions at comScore Networks, Claritas and Equifax-National Decision Systems. Brian has more than 15 years of experience in database markets.


Andy Gordon
Vice President of Content Acquisition

As Vice President of Content Acquisition, Andy leads the sales team that markets the Localeze Merchant Profile and Business Detail offerings to national brand companies and Localeze channel partners. Prior to Localeze, Andy served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Innovectra Corp., where he was a member of the senior management team responsible for sales growth and partnership development. He previously held senior sales-management positions at Artesia Technologies, TeleBright Corp. and Edify Corp., where he was responsible for all North American revenues. He has also served in various sales leadership positions in direct sales, national accounts and channel support at Nortel Corp.
